This Fluorocarbon leader has been specially formulated by Varivas in Japan to be used as a leader material when lure fishing using braid. By adding a short fluro carbon leader to your braid you can cut down on tangles if the lure doubles back onto the line. Also as good quality flouro carbon is invisible in water it can help to induce takes from shy feeding fish which may otherwise shy away at the last moment.
