A Jensen Drifter II

With the DRIFTER II rod, you get a rod, that is designed for maximum line control.

That is so important when you target rainbow trout from shore or from a boat casting a set of 3 flies….And that is exactly what this rod was designed for - hence the name.

But It is also an superb choice if you’re fishing for salmon and seatrout in summer conditions.

To achieve that unique controlled feeling of the cast, we have designed the DRIFTER II rod with a slightly deeper, yet powerful and fast action. We have only used the best quality materials and fittings, which is highly visible in this beautiful series of rods.

The top is build using “Advanced Helical Taper” technology for enhanced performance, something you feel immediately when you aerate a fly line with it.. (See under A.Jensen rod main page for further explanation).

The action makes these rods an absolutely joy to use, and our test fishermen loves the smooth action, power and magnificent control of the casts.

The blanks are slate grey. Wrappings in matching grey tipped with a silver trim. Guides are from American company Pacbay and includes their Minima titanium shooting guides. Handle is top quality cork and the reel seat is a beautiful airgrade alu+hardwood reel seat.
