Drennan Buoyant Maggots

Drennan Buoyant Maggots are pineapple-flavoured artificial maggot baits designed to give you control over your hook bait presentation. Use them with maggot feeders or Method feeders when fishing for tench, bream or carp.

The three different maggot sizes can be paired with a range of hooks to create a sinking, critically balanced or popped-up bait. Fish one alongside a live maggot, or combine it with real or artificial sweetcorn to vary your presentation. Each bait is dusted with food-grade starch powder; the pineapple flavour can also be boosted or changed by soaking the bait in a more concentrated flavour.
