Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game

Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game Rod

The Savage Gear Revenge SG2 Medium Game is a versatile lure rod designed for anglers fishing small to medium-sized lures. Its carefully balanced design gives you a comfortable, responsive feel in the hand, while the fast yet forgiving action helps you stay in control throughout the fight.

That forgiving bend is especially useful when playing lively fish on lighter lure presentations. It helps absorb sudden lunges and head shakes, giving the fish less chance to throw the hooks and helping to reduce the risk of unexpected line breaks. At the same time, the fast action delivers the crisp response needed for accurate casting, solid hook sets and effective lure control.

Ideal for a wide range of lure fishing

Use the SG2 Medium Game for small soft lures, crankbaits, spinners, spoons and twitch baits. It is also well suited to Carolina rigs and other finesse-to-medium lure techniques where sensitivity, balance and controlled power make a real difference.
