Hart Real-R Slow Jig and Cast

The Hart Real_R Slow Jig and Cast is a small, asymmetrical jig for targeting pollock, bass and mackerel. Suitable for both casting and vertical fishing, it gives you the flexibility to change your approach as fish move through the water column.

When casting, work it with a straight retrieve broken up by short stops, or use a ripping retrieve for a more active presentation. Changing the pace lets you explore different responses as you search for feeding predators.

For slow jigging, allow the jig to drop slowly like a wounded fish, then retrieve it with rhythmic rod jerks. Its asymmetrical design creates an enticing presentation on the descent, making the pauses between lifts part of the action.
