Decoy DS-1 Drop Shot Sinkers

The Decoy DS-1 Drop Shot Sinkers are a practical choice for perch fishing, ultralight fishing and delicate dropshot presentations. Designed for finesse approaches, they provide the weight at the bottom of your dropshot rig while your soft plastic lure is presented above it.

When perch are reluctant to chase a moving lure, dropshot fishing lets you slow down and work a bait around likely holding spots. Use subtle rod-tip movements and pauses to bring your soft plastic to life while keeping the presentation in a focused area. The DS-1’s streamlined shape moves through the water with minimal resistance, making it a useful addition to your light-tackle setup.

Pair these sinkers with a suitably matched ultralight or light rod, fine line and a small soft plastic for a controlled perch-fishing presentation. Available in 3.5g, 5g and 7g, so you can choose the weight to suit the depth, current and conditions.
