Arno-Hooks Rig Springs

The Arno-Hooks Rig Springs are a simple but essential component for any sea angler building their own rigs. Rig springs  are used to take the impact from casts while holding the bait securely on the hook during casting, preventing it from flying off on long-distance throws. Once the rig hits the water, the spring releases the bait naturally, allowing it to fish freely on the seabed.

Widely used in beach and shore fishing rigs across Ireland, rig springs are particularly popular for distance casting when targeting species like whiting, bass, and flatfish. A must-have for any angler building clip-down rigs.
